I called on a Friday evening (non-emergency, but serious issue) about my rental home. I live out-of-state, which makes this kind of service more of a challenge. We discussed the problem and the plumber said he would be there on Monday morning btwn 10-12, which he was. He called, explained several issues, his recommended course of action, provided an estimate, then completed the repairs in a timely fashion. I'm very pleased with the response and the work done.
